Tau Ceti - Alien Ideas

I love the idea of Aquatic Interstellar life. Water is essential for life at the subatomic scale so I thought what if Aquatic life evolved into an anthropomorphic species with regards to the planetary conditions being different and the planet being in the goldilocks zone of two stars instead of one.
